Bondage is a type of sexual activity where one participant restricts the movement of another for erotic satisfaction. Besides physical restraints, some practice psychological bondage, where a submissive is instructed to remain motionless or maintain a specific posture without the need for physical ties. This often involves a level of mental discipline and desire to obey the dominant's commands, sometimes symbolized by the wearing of a collar as a sign of their commitment to submission.
